Soul-level communication with animals on the spirit side of life can be deeply emotional, comforting, and enlightening. No matter how they arrived at where they are now, the most important thing to remember is that their spirit always lives on.
I remember one session with a dog who shared with me that her purpose at that time was to help others cross over. Later, when my own dog, Lita, passed, this beautiful soul helped her cross to the other side. Experiences like this remind me just how incredible and connected our animal companions truly are.
Animals on the spirit side are happy, peaceful, and vibrant. They feel as young and full of life as they did the day they were born.
I once assisted a family cat in crossing over. As he transitioned, he was doing somersaults and joyfully yelling, “Woo-hoo!” His owner later told me that when he was younger, he would fly through the house and do somersaults off the dresser in their bedroom. It was such a perfect reflection of his personality—what a funny boy!
Occasionally, especially when an animal has been sick for a long time, they may not be ready to communicate right away. In those rare situations, I may ask to reschedule the session for a few days later. When we reconnect, they are usually ready and willing to communicate.
There is also something important to remember: you never need an animal communicator to send love to your animal companion. Whether they are still physically with you or have crossed the Rainbow Bridge, your love reaches them. Your love is clear.
And just because their physical bodies are no longer here on Earth does not mean your animal family is gone forever. They may still come back to visit from time to time. Sometimes an animal will return to help teach another family member—whether a new companion or one who has been there before—the things they need to know as they step into their role within the family. At other times, they may remain close to their loved ones until they feel that everyone is ready and able to move forward.
Animals are truly amazing creatures. Their devotion, connection, and love are always strong, unconditional, and true.
